Hello, is the premium version for a single website just a one time fee/upgrade? Or is it billed annually?
i understand I have to do this manually with my bank, understood. Just how would I get the affiliates email to contact them to give only bank information? Or is there a way to add this to one of the registration forms to have them include routing number and account number? Or would I have to email them after they sign up?

in the free version, are bank ach payments only allowed manually, one by one correct?
and also once a affiliate registers they will leave their ach bank details so we can pay them?
