Thanks, but I’ll trudge along without mailchimp, since I don’t want growth to be limited.
I’ve been making some progress by going through my browser history to find the instructions for plugins and reinstalling these: SB Welcome Email editor; WP-Mail-Smtp; and Theme My Login. Still not working right, but am making progress.
Upon registering a new user, an email is sent with a url, not as a link, which I think I can fix. But, the new user’s email confirmation takes them to the login page, and they don’t have a password, so they have to “Reset Lost Password.” I’ll post when I get that fixed.
