We are using W3 Total Cache. I clicked the button for “Empty All Caches”.
Yes, and just now, I cleared the cache in started/unfinished website starts, and then deleted them. Then I opened the site on another computer and refreshed the page. It is still showing the wrong page.
To make matters worse, in WP-Admin, when I clicked on the “Pages” link, instead of opening the pages list I got the now familiar error, “Your server is running PHP version 7.0.33 but WordPress 6.8.1 requires at least 7.2.24.” So I opened my “htaccess” file and find that the line I commented out with an earlier PHP version is now no longer commented out. So I commented and saved it again.
