I noticed, mine says “Membership Type” and yours says “Subscription Plan”, if that has any bearing.
Thank youNo we are definitely missing the Add New Subscription button.
I asked the super admin to check and he sees the same.
Any advice please?
Thank you
this is what we see:
https://ibb.co/Y4D9y3N6Oh I’m sorry, that sounds so simple. I’m not the super admin so maybe my user role is missing that option!
Thank you, I’ll get it sortedAhh its OK if there is no solution as I realise with WooCommerce this is possible (with Woocommerce subscriptions 3rd party addon) and it links to PMS membership levels. All good.
OK its here:

we do have PMS Pro, in case it matters.
I’m doing the site for a 3rd party who cant find license key so had to ask for support here.
Thank you*EDIT*
Oops I thought it was all fixed.
The 2026 events are now at the end but the 2025 ones are still not correct I’m afraid!

I cant see any reason why – there’s no pattern either from Form creation/submission date or actual event date :/- This reply was modified 7 months, 1 week ago by wd69.
Hi Aman.
yes I did:
Sort Settings – Date of Event (Ascending)
The field on the front end form is the standard NF “Date/Time” option.
Regardssorry it turns out another admin had somehow deactivated the subscription plan!!
Sorry I thought you meant “Tools” section on Github!
Yes I have found it in wp-admin. Many thanks!!
@mikeyhoward1977 Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately I cant even see a “tools” section! I’ve looked at the “code” section and can’t see it in there either. Is it a permissions problem, maybe you have access to areas that I dont?
WPChill / kb-support Public Code Issues Pull requests Actions Projects Security InsightsNotification emails often go in to spam, there’s no way around this, it’s often the way with automated emails.
On the ticket manager page it also displays when the ticket was updated (had a reply). For example: Last Updated: 3:53 pm on February 4, 2022 (16 mins ago)
On the front end for a customer it does not show when the ticket was recently replied to. All they see is “Open” or “Closed”, e.g.
# Title Opened Status Actions 4349 1 01/02/2022 Closed View 3544 payment 11/09/2021 Closed View 3229 query 15/07/2021 Open ViewSeems a bit cruel to make people pay for what you would expect would be standard feature.
