I have noticed that this is caused because I changed the tables column width from 1080px to 80% within DIVI and then also enabled the horizontal scrolling.
This causes the search to align right and the table to align left which makes them out of alignment. On smaller screens you will not see the problem but on bigger screens then it becomes apparent.
When I change the column width to a fixed 1080px again then the problem disappears but then my table is to small on bigger screens.
