    Hi Mickeywf,

    We have contacted DHL and the information they have already provided us with are live credentials.

    The information they have given are an: XML Live URL, XML SiteID and an XML Password. So I can check the information is in the right place, please can you advise where this information should be input in the plugin settings?

    Hi Mickeywf,

    All the services are selected from the plugin settings.

    When you ask to send you the API request and response for analyzing the issue further, I’m not sure what information this that you are looking for please can you advise?

    Hi Mickeywf,

    I added the dimensions to the product and tried to generate shipping rates again and it didn’t work.

    Do you have any other suggestions?
