How do you see the full WooCommerce integration working in your case? We are big fans of WooCommerce ourselves and would happily look into some form of integration.

We have been testing the plugin and cannot seem to replicate your problem.
Could you confirm you have your WordPress time zone settings set up correctly? You can do this in Settings -> General, we use this to determine your current local time rather than the server time which can be inaccurate, if this setting is incorrect on your website this would explain why you are having issues with the closing time.

Currently there isn’t an easy way to change how the time is display, it is on our radar though and should be shipping with the next release.
The conditional functions can be used to show/hide any content within your theme php files. For example:
<?php if( WPOTP()->is_open() ): //your popup code here endif; ?>Hope that helps, let me know if you if need any more help with this.
