Yes, WooCommerce InPost by WpDesk. After disabling this plug-in, the email preview returns even if Flexible Shipping is enabled.

@coleds WoodMart is a rather popular template for WordPress (https://woodmart.xtemos.com/). In order for this template to work you must have the WoodMart Core plugin installed.
I would also add that everything is updated to the latest version. All other plugins have been disabled (except woocommerce and woodmart core), so if there is a conflict it is either with woocommerce or woodmart. I cannot switch to another template at this point.
