I did exactly as described in the link that you have provided me and it is still not working.I basically copy your code from the link above and pasted into the functions.php file in my theme, and then used short-code
like: [email* your-email-confirm]Message is being sent when both email are the same, but when they are different validation spinner is spinning without success, and any validation message.

Dear Marcin,
I am having exactly the same issue.
In the version 1.6.6.3 everything was working perfect, but stooped after 1.7.7 update.
I have added image row to the Fields Table, but when I am trying to add image(click-Select image) there just make it jump to the top of the page, and nothing else.Could you please help to fix it.
