Nevermind I fixed it. Went into Advanced options, changed my one setting from 404 to template_redirect under pages builders compatibility.
Basically I used a setting that I didn’t need. DO NOT MESS WITH THIS SECTION. If you did, set it to template_redirect HIGH

I’m having an issue with this as well. I can’t seem to get these pages to work right even though I created the Elementor template, used the CSV, it generates pages but goes right to my homepage due to the 404 error.
