Thank you for your use of my AR plugins. I am sorry you are having this issue.Unfortunately the error message doesn’t have enough detail to identify the source of the issue. Are there any further error messages in your error log? You may need to enable wp_debug in your wp_config.php file to see these.
Please send me further details of the error or privately message me with a temporary admin login and we can try and resolve this for you.

I have just pushed v7.5 of the plugins to the repository which includes a fix for the elementor positioning amongst other updates too. Please update your plugin to the latest version and let me know if you continue to have any issues.

Thank you for your enquiry. I have added an example of a model with a Skybox/Background image to the site which you can preview at https://augmentedrealityplugins.com/support/#skybox
The Skybox images are typically best with a 360 degree HDR image. You will see the model is placed in the middle and the background rotates around the model. The Model Viewer doesn’t allow you to move the model per se within the background image.

In reply to: [AR for WordPress] 3D gallery not displaying images after updateThere appear to be a couple of issues with how the plugins interacted with your site which we have resolved, such as your media library files are being server using http instead of https – the plugin script now forces them to be https with the gallery builder. However the security plugins are still blocking the gallery builder from working so you may need to look at disabling them or finding an alternative.

It appears that some of the security plugins may be interfering with the AR upload functionality. I will send you our conclusion as soon as we have it resolved.

In reply to: [AR for WordPress] Models/ Objects dont anchor to groundIf you’re experiencing issues with the placement of models in AR, please ensure the following when exporting your models:
1. Set the model’s measurement units to meters.
2. Make sure the model is positioned at the origin point (x, y, z).
3. The Model Placement setting in the Display Options is set to Floor – Horizontal (which it will be by default)
The models are passed directly to the iOS and Android native AR viewing apps so their placement in relation to the ground at that point is handled by the AR viewer of the mobile device, not the plugins.
