Thank you for clarifying.
I was able to replicate the issue on our staging site as well. We appreciate you pointing this out and reporting it.
I will escalate this to our development team. If it turns out to be a bug on our end, we will address it in the next release. However, if it’s something we can resolve immediately, I’ll provide a solution here on the forum.

Hi Martin,
Please, try the following:
- Make sure that reminder message templates are not empty.
- Deactivate Webba Booking
- Activate again Webba Booking
- Re-save General options and Email notifications options
If the problem occurs again, please let me know.
Hi there!
We will fix this flow in our planned total redesign of the booking form flow. It should be live in June.
Basically when people select multiple services and then select the first timeslot – after they click “next” it will prompt them again to choose a date and timeslot for the next service.
Stay tuned!Sorry, but your screenshot is unavailable – it asks me to login. Which device you are using? If this is iOS device – it will not work, unfortunately, due technical limitation.
Hello Martin,
Start of the week reflects the WordPress option Week Starts On which can be changed on the page Settings – General.
SOLUTION:
Open SETTINGS – General – Advanced settings and disable the option Load CSS & JS only on the booking page.
Hi,
Could you please send a screenshot of the SETTINGS – General to [email protected]? Both – Basic and Advanced setting.
Hi Martin,
I’ll be happy to assist you.
Please, clarify – which cache plugins are you using in your WordPress?
When default template is used, you need to edit template on the SETINGS – Email notifications.
When custom template is used, you need to edit template on the Email templates page.
