@thesuss thanks for weighing in, but everything’s fine with the LearnPress orders because actually I’m using the LearnPress WooCommerce add-on. I think there’s a conflict between the add-on and this plugin that’s preventing access to old user’s courses.
Unfortunately, the customer service team was not very helpful, especially since they didn’t seem to understand my description of the problem, so I’m looking for another solution.
How do I connect with your support team as a free user?
Do I send my login info to a certain email address for support?

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Linked products not appearing on some single product pagesOh, thanks for explaining.
How do I get other products to appear underneath on the single product page? Or is that decided automatically?

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Linked products not appearing on some single product pagesThanks for your quick reply.
Here’s the Shop Page screenshot and the link.
Here’s the Edit Product screenshot for the t-shirt product.
The theme is Divi one by the way if that makes a difference.

In reply to: [Astra] Astra header logo not showing in mobile and tablet view@claire247, can I asked what you did to solve the problem?
I’m having the same issue with the logo not showing up on mobile even though visibility is on and I don’t have the same issue on other sites with Astra.
Thanks.
Actually, thanks but I figured it out.
I knew that sometimes to use Astra I had to edit the htaccess file for the SubstituteMaxLineLength, but apparently since the update, I guess you have to for Starter Templates after the update.
I added this the htacess file after the END WORDPRESS line and then the problem with activation went away.

In reply to: [Firelight Lightbox] Auto-link images possible? The images are just being added via image blocks.
I just realized on your site that it says you’re currently not selling the Pro version. But based on our conversation, you’re offering me a Pro license if we move forward? How much would that be?
I’m still waiting to see if you can get access to the site.

In reply to: [Simple Lightbox] Images via APISo you mean without me having to connect the images to any links, the lightbox should be working automatically when users click on images? Because it’s not.
I can’t give you access at the moment because it’s under maintenance mode but I’ll let you know if I can.
Same problem and the info in Site Health tells me that my server does match the requirements.
Get the same error: “The page you are looking for does not exist, or it has been moved. Please try searching using the form below.”
I hope this can be fixed because I’m teaching a group of students how to use the plugin…!

In reply to: [Firelight Lightbox] Auto-link images possible? No, I won’t be needing Elementor support.
And since they’ve started sending images over via API from Amazon Web Services, I see that actually the images are not stored in the media library, which makes sense.
So if the images technically aren’t even in WordPress, just populated from a remote, external location, is it even possible to use your lightbox plugin?
When I go into the block editor page for a post, I see it still possible to choose Expand on Click for images. Can that setting somehow be used to auto-lightbox all the images?
Thank you for your patience.

In reply to: Expand all images on clickYes, I’m familiar with lightbox plugins. But they typically work by adding the media file URL link to time image.
However, since the images are actually hosted by Amazon Web Services and are being brought over via API, I don’t think those plugins will work since the images are not in the WordPress media library.
I see, though, that it’s still possible to set them to expand on click individually.
Is there a way to make all images in the block editor automatically expand on click.

In reply to: [Firelight Lightbox] Auto-link images possible?I really appreciate the offer for a free year in exchange for testing, thanks! And yes, I like the new style.
Let me clarify more about my site, which I can’t share yet because I’m helping another designer create a blog site for a client.
The client is actually going to be bringing in hundreds of images via API, and I’ve just realized that this likely means all the content will probably come into the block editor by default. I’m not sure; we have to talk to the developer about that.
Maybe they’ll switch pages to Elementor for ease of use later, and in that case, it’d just be Elementor image widgets to start with.
They might want Elementor galleries later on, and in that case what I see with the new Pro example looks fine, where you open a single image and then can click an arrow to the next one. If you need to disable the Elementor gallery lightbox that doesn’t work automatically, that would be fine.
Will there be settings that allow the user to turn on the auto-lightbox for the block editor and Elementor respectively? For Elementor widgets and galleries respectively?
I’ll let you know if needs change on our end because things are still be sorted out because of the API.

The images will be added in Elementor actually, as single images with no shortcodes.
