I tried it myself and completely agree. Adding an event took a minute or longer of loading sometimes, and would randomly error out. Also a few options and most of the default text seemed mistranslated too, so I sometimes couldn’t even decipher what a setting was for. Didn’t get too far beyond that.
Will be using a combination of #2 and #3 most popular for my client instead (one is missing ticket/check in functionality so I’m filling the gap with another).Good luck, I hope your issues are fixed, and if not, that you get the chance to switch soon🙏

Wow. This review made me reconsider ever trying this.
@gregvdo how has your experience been since? Has customer support stepped up or did you end up switching to a different plugin?
@faheem96dev @azamansagor Any words on how a potential new customer should look at this? You’ve said yourself that 4.0 was known to be buggy.Why was a broken update ever released considering you’ve asked businesses to rely on this for income? Have you changed anything to make sure it doesn’t happen again?
