After selecting Maintenance Mode, you must configure and select which Page/Post to show that mode.

This is not possible to display comments immediately after the post ends without making any changes to the theme’s structure or layout. The order in which elements are displayed on a webpage is determined by the theme’s HTML and CSS (Cascading Style Sheets) styles.
Other than that you talk to the theme owner if he/she can make these changes in the layout.

Sorry but error show that is relates to your WordPress installation code files.
wp-includes/js/dist/vendor/react-dom.min.js – that is WordPress code JS file, which is not related to any theme or plugin.
Maybe you need to reinstall the WordPress.
