It has no effect on the contents of the message or the facts of whether it’s recognized as spam or not. So it can’t help you with the problem you have, it’s just not made for that. You should remove it like you already did.

Since the default login URL (https://fokus-medical.hr/wp-login.php) is not available it means you’re using a plugin that modified the default login and password reset URL’s. Unfortunately, if you can’t remember those URLs the only way to get to the reset page is by using FTP to either disable UCP or that plugin.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Under Construction] Under Construction PageIt means that you’re logged in as an admin and can’t see the under construction page – you see the normal site. You can either click the preview to see how others see it, or try in incognito mode where you won’t be logged in.
If the plugin’s menu entry is not visible in the Settings top menu you can try accessing the page directly via
options-general.php?page=wpcaptchaWe didn’t hear of any plugins that prevent ours from showing in the admin, sorry 🙁
