thank you for your response. Unfortunately I don´t understand how to do it. Mainly because in my form there aren´t elements like select and option. It is based on span elements. The second thing is I´m not familiar with jquery library. So I barely understand the code. What shell I do?
The website is running on http protocol. I didn´t use any plugin nor CloudFlare. I have http on my sitehome and siteurl in the database option table.
