Thanks for your input. I finally found the reference to “no comment yet” in single post — single.php
Changed it to “Share your thoughts”
Thank you, (samboll & patyuen), for your helpful suggestions. After trying these ideas and some of my own, I decided it was not a WP issue but went back to the host — found out it was a troubleshooting setup problem with them.
