The issue was the cache in the server (no in the WP install), we added some rules and the problem has been solved. It is an awesome plugin, it does exactly what we need, thank you!
Was a solution found? I am having the same issue where the plugin installs correctly but it does not do anything. Thanks!
We are on: WP 5.8.1 and Woo 5.8.0
