Sometimes, if you don’t clear your page cache (incase you are using a cache plugin), our code still shows. Maybe that was the cause. I saw the custom prompt appear on page load. When I accepted to receive push notifications, I immediately received welcome push. It seems that you were able to resolve the issue. Please let us know so we can close this thread.

All systems are fully functional at this time – it is more than likely an issue isolated to your site. Please email us at [email protected] if you are not able to resolve so our engineers can look at your site in more detail.
We apologize for the delayed response. Our working/office hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00am through 5pm PST (San Francisco Time). Our response is therefore a bit delayed during the weekend.
There is no option to disable WooCommerce new product in our configuration page (unlike abandoned cart) because you explicitly have to check Webpushr option on product edit page to enable push. By default, that box is unchecked. If you are not checking that box and the push is still going out, please email us at [email protected] so we can take a closer look at your site.

We were not able to replicate the issue on our end. We have however optimized css classes to avoid any type of conflict and published a new version of our plugin. Can you please update to the latest version and tell us if the CSS issue persists?
