_transient_timeout_keys
_transient_keysThe following query (wpp_disable_prompt_code) will continue to run because it checks if Webpushr manual integration is enabled. This is needed so that our plugin does not add JS snippet.

You do need to manually check Webpushr options for the push to be sent out for price drop, sale and new product. Webpushr plugin does not automatically send push for these events. Manual action is required for WooCommerce new product, price drop and sale notifications.
New Product: Webpushr Meta Box needs to be checked (on the far right side of product edit page)
Price Drop & Sale Price: Webpushr Options need to be checked. They are right under where you edit the price.Let us know if you have any other questions.

Thank you for considering Webpushr. You must deactivate OneSignal plugin prior to activating Webpushr. Keeping both active will create a conflict and neither will function properly.
Once you have deleted OneSignal plugin and activated Webpushr, Webpushr will automatically start capturing your subscribers once they revisit your site. They will not see the opt-in prompt again, as they have already subscribed to your site/domain. More info here: https://docs.webpushr.com/transfer-subscriber-data

Webpushr SupportWe monitor our platform-wide delivery stats very closely because it enables us to detect any type of issues with our delivery servers. Among many other data points, we track confirmed deliveries/impressions by second at an aggregate level. We don’t see any change in our total stats which leads us to believe that the issue is an isolated one and not system-wide.
Are you not able to receive notification on your personal/test mobile device? Please e-mail us at [email protected] to discuss this further. If the issue is on your personal/test device, we will need some additional information from you to troubleshoot the specific device.

1- Previous subscriber (prior to deleting history) is deleted and will not count towards your free pricing tier. This happens (delete operation) when a push message is sent out and our system is able to determine that the prior subscription is no longer valid. So, although, you are re-subscribed automatically every time you clear history, you are really counted as a single subscriber from a billing standpoint.
2- Once you delete history, you are re-subscribed automatically. You are not shown the prompt again.
3- This automatic re-subscription also happens when your subscription endpoint expires.
Unlike e-mail addresses, subscription endpoints are not stable (they change and expire/become-invalid over time). Our plugin is designed to make sure that as the subscription endpoint changes over time for a user who has previously opted in to receive notifications, that it is able to capture the most recent and accurate information and sync it with our servers for optimal push delivery.- This reply was modified 5 years, 10 months ago by webpushr.
