Thank you so much for your fast response. I just sent them the link and I can’t to see what they say. I did increased my memory to 256MB last week and they said that would resolve the issue and that did not work. Would you recommend changing host provider? I have beening going back and forth with these guys for 15 days and opened 6 tickets and they all read this:
The ticket regarding your website issue, has returned from our investigation. Our apologies, but a third-party related issue, like the WordPress memory allocation error, falls outside of our support boundaries. Please contact WordPress Support or search through the forums at https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support for a possible solution. We have now closed the ticket as resolved. – this on June 19th.
This was there answer today this morning for your HELPFUL answer:
It has been determined that one of your WordPress plugins may be exceeding the 256mb memory limit causing these intermittent errors. Please review the plugins in use.-August 14
