This fix isn’t working on our site, still getting the error. I removed the old plugin and used the one from the link you provided and 1.3.16 is activated.
Also, even if we used to have the pro version, that’s gone now?

We own the server, we are the host. The same “Restrictions” that prevent your plugin from working, have no impact on other migration plugins that are used on the same server! How long are you going to ride this excuse about imposed restrictions? If another plugin works with the same “imposed restrictions” how can you still claim it’s not your method/coding that is the issue?
I added this code to the nggallery.php to suppress the warnings for now.
