thx for the hint – in the path for the theme – templates was a subdir “templates” too much
Thx for the hint.
There was a user assigned called anonym. But the user has no userrole assigned. Now i assigned the subscriber userrole and anyone can send a event.
BUT:
if in the form booking is activated, there is a message: “you are not allowed to manage other booking”.
The event is shown in the event list (in the back-end) but no Tickets are been set in the event.
How to manage that?

Hi again,
as written in my opening post i’ve tried to use the reset tool before posting…
But now i deactivated all plugins. THe options were visible..
Then a activated all plugins step by step –
The “bad” plugin was the image mapper plugin…
ImageMapper by A.Sandberg AKA Spike, Tarmo Toikkanen
the options are now visible … I have to looking for a new image mapper tool.
