Thanks for your solutions. The WooCommerce shown no errors related this plugin. However, I found the problems from Chrome Developer Console.

It seems like Duplicator plugin did not include the js folder during the migration. In the end, I solved this problem by simply copying the js folder from localhost (my development site) to the live site. And the Vendors list came back again.

1. Delete the cache of the browser.
2. And if there is caching plugin so delete the cache of the plugin also.
No need to delete plugins.
This solution works for me too! I faced problem as well after WordPress 5.4 update. It showed up when I was trying to edit one of my page.
