Meanwhile, if you would like to create a pull request to help address this, most welcome.Yes. It would show following 4 local delivery services.
– Local Mail
– Local Registered Mail
– Local CourierPost
– Local Parcels
Additional 2 local delivery services viz Local Smart Post, and Local CourierPost (Counter Collection) – while those rates are being fetched from HKPost API – it requires additional developer customization for the pickup location which is different from billing or shipping address – this is theme / site specific developer customization.

I tested it demo site (link in the plugin page) and it appears that it is working as expected.
Could you check if you have enabled delivery services (refer screenshot #3 on the plugin page).

But could you check again with this plugin turned off/on to confirm this WARNING is originating from this plugin.
The warning message refers to a class which would be used a lot many other places – hard to nail this down.

Could you test with that and let me know if this is still open.== To test release candidate version ==
1. Go to https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/shipping-rates-for-hk-post/advanced/
2. Scroll down to the bottom of page and under ‘Please select a specific version to download.’ select ‘2.1-rc’ and click [Download]
3. Upload this plugin file to your site.
