Yep, I rolled back to the previous version and it is working fine now.
I have just been notified by a client that they are having this exact same issue!

Never mind, I found the Yoast Test plugin and was able to reset the indexing.

I downgraded as directed, but now get the error “WordPress 4.6.1 is available! Please update now. Failed to connect to http://www.yurifarina.com port 443: Connection timed out”
I assume it is this line in the client.php file on the plugin:
const URL = ‘https://www.yurifarina.com/bie/api’;
Yep, that same mobmenu-push-wrap has broken my site — my “sticky footer” is no longer sticky and covering up my content. I don’t think this was there before, as all was working fine until recently.

The error_log in wp-admin has added nothing since October 2014.
There is no error log in public_html
I checked Error Logs in the Site5 Cpanel, and there is nothing there. (Literally nothing.)
