I have deactivated the plugin and theme, but the issue still persists. The Performance Experiment options you mentioned are already deactivated. Is there any other solution?

I don’t think Polylang has that option. Do you happen to have any documentation for WPML with Frontend Reset Password?

I have checked everything, and it’s not a conflict issue. I’m only using Elementor, Elementor Pro, and the Hello Elementor Theme. Could you please advise on how I can resolve this issue?

Hi,

I wanted to inform you that we’ve deactivated and stopped using the “Ultimate Member” plugin, as it was causing issues with the reset process. We’ve now switched to a different solution that is working well for us.
