I’m good thanks, was just reporting that the suggestion for flushing the permalinks that was on page 1 of this topic, worked in my case to fix the 404 error on my custom post archive. I’m now running WP 4.1.1 and 1.0.4 of Custom Post Type UI and it all seems to be working OK.
Just to confirm, saving the permalinks page and clearing all site cache fixed the 404 issue we had on our post archive after we just updated. Strangely enough it was working fine on our stage website but the issue occurred when we copied over to the production server.
