It seems that this case is a little different, the purchase status does not appear as auto-draft but as “Pending payment”. Only the purchase item appears with the name “AUTO-DRAFT”. See the screenshot:

I was able to identify the issue, is that our theme uses a nav menu with JavaScript that ends up causing problems on the page and breaking the layout. We will have to remove the nav menu for this template and try some other solution.Do you have any tips for this?
I found this plugin in another thread but I still can’t get it to work on our site. I’m not sure it’s suitable for my case.

The navigation menu and sidebars are added by the theme used.I tried to use this rule only for Customer but it didn’t work.

I debugged and discovered that the conflict is happening with the ‘ELEX Dynamic Pricing and Discounts for WooCommerce’ plugin. When I disable this plugin, the Wholesale price appears on the product page and in the catalog, but the mini-cart shows the retail price. When I activate it again, the Wholesale price does not appear on the product page or in the catalog, but it works on the mini-cart.
Do you have any idea what it might be?Thanks!
