Okay. I managed to resolve it.
I put Whitelisted IP(s) on top of the cloudflare iptables rules list. It worked out for me.

In reply to: [OTP Login & Register Woocommerce] Button display issueThanks! It helped to some extent.
There is another issue. When a new customer is registered automatically during checkout, the phone number is not auto-pulling for OTP login. I have to manually edit the user profile, select country code and update the mobile number. Is there any way, the plugin can auto-populate the mobile number from checkout page?
Currently, our integrated payout management system is only available in the PRO version. – That’s the primary reason behind my rating & review. I expected a minimalistic option at least.
We are considering adding a basic version of our “payouts management system” to the FREE version in the future… – This is much appreciable. Just a basic payout calculation system is necessary. You may keep the advanced options under PRO label. I hope for the best.
No hard feelings mate.

You don’t understand my query. I am not interested in “admin reports”. I just expected a basic, simple, non-automated payout calculation system.
Which balance are you referring to exactly? There is no dedicated “remaining balance” amount in the free version. – There SHOULD be an “remaining balance” amount option for basic/manual checkout option. Suppose you are an affiliate of mine and you earned some amount of commission. I, as a website owner, want to make partial payout. As I mentioned in my previous question, suppose you earned 530 currency, I want to make partial payout of 400 currency. So, the remaining amount is 130 currency. Where would it appear?
The affiliate dashboard shows their all-time commission, this month, and last month. – There SHOULD be a basic payout option, and the dashboard SHOULD show the remaining amount after payout. Otherwise, the free version of this plugin is somewhat useless.
If you could share a screenshot of the “remaining balance” you are referring to that would be great. – I don’t understand your point. How can I show a screenshot which is not available in your plugin? It’s just a common concept of affiliation payout system, just like any digital wallet plugins.
In the free version you can use the “admin reports” to calculate all commission earned with a certain date range, and complete your payouts manually. Next time you want to make a payout, you can generate a new report for the next date range. Many of our users (both free and pro) manage their payouts this way. – This info is just not applicable in my query.
You didn’t answer my last question mentioned in the support ticket. I assume you don’t have any answer for that, yet.
https://couponaffiliates.com/docs/how-to-pay-affiliates-free-version/ This document is incomplete, as I have mentioned earlier also. It doesn’t answer my query.
PS: I checked the other 1 star review about this plugin. Unfortunately, I agree with that 3 yrs old comment. Because, even after 3 years, the issue remains the same.

Suppose, an affiliate earns ₹530. I manually paid him/her ₹400. Now, the affiliate’s dashboard should display the remaining balance ₹130. How do I do that?
Checked the documentation before posting here, and checked again. The documentation is incomplete just like the plugin. The documentation says about manual payout, or third party payout system. That much I’m aware of, but it doesn’t mention anything about the amount adjustment after manual payout; i.e. after making a manual payout the amount cannot be adjusted. Affiliate dashboard shows the entire amount. This will create confusion, also increases the potential fraudulent activities. There is no option available in the plugin to adjust the referral commission amount.
PS. I thought about purchasing the plugin, but $599 (lifetime) is completely absurd just for the payout option.

In reply to: [UPI QR Code Payment Gateway for WooCommerce] Error – UPI ID BlockedWhen we are accessing the website using mobile phone, we tap on the UPI app icon on the QR code popup box, it redirects to the UPI app, we enter the pin and get the error. We initially thought this could be the issue with our UPI ID. Then we tried to place an order from desktop PC, and it works fine! So, we cannot blame our UPI ID. Check the attached screenshots below.

We tried to place another order from desktop PC. Now we paid by scanning the QR (shown on desktop screen) from mobile phone using same PhonePe app/account. It worked fine. Check the screenshot below.

Hi @sixaxis
As .htaccess doesn’t work on Nginx, I used the <PICTURE> tag syntax.
No, I didn’t revert back any Nginx settings after deactivating the plugin. I took a backup of original nginx.conf before making any modification. When the site showed blank page, I deactivated the plugin and put back the original nginx.conf file from backup. Even that didn’t resolve the issue. I gussed the optimized images were causing the trouble (weird though).
I was using the SPIO plugin happily with my old server setup. My old server was (4 CPU + 8 GB RAM) running on CentOS 7 + PHP 7.4 + Openlitespeed + MariaDB + Cyberpanel. It used to work fine without any trouble. I bought some image credits also.
But now I’m using Alma Linux + Nginx + PHP 8.3 + MariaDB + Directadmin. And now I’m pretty much scared to use the plugin.
Hi,
Here are the answers to your questions below:
I used this tutorial: https://shortpixel.com/knowledge-base/article/111-configure-nginx-to-transparently-serve-webp-files-when-supported
I used WEBP and AVIF both delivery method.
After spotting the issue, I tried to deactivate the plugin and check. But no help. I had to reinstall the wordpress. So far, I have not installed SPIO plugin yet again.
The theme includes a preloader function (a rotating icon before the page loads up). That preloader I mentioned.
