Hi again. I tried synchronising to cloud once more and the error is gone. 🙂
Note that I have had to turn off CleanTalk Anti Spam for now. We are even getting the *** Forbidden. Browser seems to be spambot. *** when we conduct our own searches.
Hi Serge,
I have done that. Nearly half of the requests are being denied and I can see they are mostly searches for products on our site which is for English language teachers (so searches for grammar topics etc.) which are legit.
I tried adding search to exclusions, but after doing this the request were still denied.
Is there something we can do to make it less strict?
We have also been getting lots of failed orders with no reason provided in the order notes in woo commerce. One of these orders was attempted several times, and the customer tried using 3 different cards. I am waiting to hear back from the customer regarding what error they received when trying to place them, but I am worried that the plugin is causing issues with the checkout. There is no information in the anti spam logs in relation to these orders at all.
Many thanks,
Wendy
By the way. We use Litespeed, and I have adjusted the settings in antispam according to advice provided in another thread. We also use woocommerce multicurreny. I see another user has an issue using these plugins together.
Hi, I am still having issues after installing the new version (6.4.1.1). I am also still having problems with the security plugin. Can you help me please?

I have tried…
- Synchronising again
- Clearing cache
- Checking for any blocks on Hosting and Cloudflare of which there are none.
- Updating the execution time and other PHP values on the server
According to our hosting company …. I will suggest that you contact the plugin developer to get more information on the errors. We will be glad to make changes/updates suggested by the plugin developer from our end. and…
Thanks Serge, but just to note, in addition to the Anti Spam issue, I am also still getting this error in the security plugin after synchronising to cloud.

Prior to unticking, saving, ticking again and saving, I was getting a 500 error when trying to register. This has been the case all day. I didn’t realise it was connected.
I tried doing this, but I am now getting this error when I try to register on the site:
I have deactivated the Anti Spam plugin for now and people are now able to register

Hi, I tried updating but tis didn’t solve the problem. I have now completed a full deactivation and reactivated and am in the process of a scan. Will keep you posted.
This didn’t work. Can you advise what to do next?
I’m having the exactly the same issue.
That’s great, Leon.
Thank you for the response 🙂
