It is supposed to post any field that is not properly mapped to the “Notes” or “Staff comments” in HR.
From the install menu:
question, message, or comments for Notes
Anything not recognized by the list will be added to Staff Comments
When I test this, I can call a field “comments” and it will work, but if I call a field “date needed” for example it will not import it as either a “Note” or a “Staff Comment”
I have a complex form with about 8-10 fields, and I wish it would enter the Customer (First Name / Last), Email, Phone, Address and then all the other fields to notes.
Nice, do you think you could look at the reason why it is not posting properly to notes?
