Yes, I went into settings as I said and those fields were blank already- they show nothing in them. But when you go to the payment page, they were filled with the words I mentioned. What is strange is that it used to be fine-we never saw this problem. Then suddenly it started doing this. We need them to remain blank. I would attempt to edit the shortcode but your instructions in the link for that above are so vague that I can’t accomplish the task. Any other suggestions as to where I would insert the code changes? Is there better resources? Thank you!
