Hi Vladimir again,
I did like you said:
– asked WP Engine and we found nothing (the error in cache is common and has no consequence)
– deactivated all plugins
– changed theme to standard

Same result.
Then I had the idea to get rid of the prefix in shortcodes of SU (su_) only for the Russian version of the page.
Something weird happened: the shortcodes do not appear on page any longer nor are executed — please see screen capture here: https://www.dropbox.com/s/dkadu71cfb7qshb/Capture_040.png.

I would appreciate you test the Compatibility settings of SU in a multilingual setting,. There is definitely something weird here.
