WP is not working at all! Is there someone that can help me figure this out?

I tried a new theme. No luck. Will not allow me to go into customize mode. Nothing shows up at all.
Is there any benefit from starting from scratch or is that even an option?

Sorry, I should have mentioned that about being hacked. I thought it was fixed.

It’s a statment. When I’m in WordPress trying to make changes there is no content showing. When I go to the website there is content. If I click on the other tabs say about and want then click on the new letter tab or any other tab the page will not change. It stays on the last page you go to.
I haven’t tried any other themes.

Yes there was a back-up done. There are times when the content is there and then not there. It’s the strangest thing?
According to GoDaddy the site was hacked. I purchased Website Security and Backups and SSL Certificates. They were to clean it up. This was the ticket info they send to me. I did what they asked.

1) Change all admin passwords associated with the site (FTP, admin panel, cpanel, etc)
2) Be sure to keep all software (plugins, theme, CMS) up to date
3) Run an anti-virus scan on your laptop/workstation
4) Put your website behind a firewall
5) If you have any old/backup versions of the website on the server it’s best to remove them
