Thanks for reaching out. I’ve had issues with the plugin’s basic functions not working. I’m concerned that the first step for help involved asking for my admin details. Also, I chose the $49 option over the $149 one today, and given the unresolved issues, I’m glad I didn’t pay more. Suggesting that I follow your Facebook page for support doesn’t feel like a professional solution.Best regards, Oxana
