Hi, thanks for getting back to me on this.

The only other plugin installed and active is WP Importer.

There are no cache or optimization plugins running. I disabled server side caching.
I did clear the Divi CSS cache in Divi, it made no difference,

I get the same error with the 2025 theme and a Gutenberg shortcode block

I’m not aware of anything that would be blocking it via the server.

I do not have this issue with other gallery plugins such as Envira or Foo Gallery.

I’ve reached out via support with site and login details, it’s ticket #864 which was started a week ago as a presales question regarding the same issue. The ticket has not been responded to as of yet.

Looking forward to finding a resolution to this issue.

One more question if i may?

If I upgrade to Pro and then decide not to renew the licence the following year, what happens then?
Does the plugin still work but I simply no longer receive updates or support, or does the plugin Pro features suddenly no longer work anymore eg filtering etc.

I actually got this fixed with mine.

Changes had been made to the server that removed all the Curl stuff.
Once that was sorted out it all worked fine again as did all my social media stuff that requires curl for the oath login stuff
