Hi Stefan,
Thank you for your previous response. However, our support ticket has once again gone unanswered for over a week.
This issue is causing significant problems on our end, and we’re growing increasingly concerned about the lack of support. At this point, we do not feel that our concerns are being taken seriously by the Amelia support team.
Could you please look into this matter urgently and provide us with an update? The current problems and lack of support is leading us to look at alternatives.
