Well, still the issue continues, check it out: https://prnt.sc/iImGntYHVetp – we have tried with 13 characters, and 8.. and it stills shows the INVALID CODE message, what could be happening in your opinion?

FIXED: the plugin wasn’t completely updated. Now we’re ok. I’ve to manually update it through FTP.

By the way, I cannot reactivate the plugin because then the website is fully broken and it doesn’t allow me to enter the WP Admin.
