Hi, all of the CL plugins are latest version as well as the theme version too. I will create a support ticket and we can go from there
I am using classfiedads theme.

What do I need to change in the seller_location function? I see it calls $listing->user_contact_location_at_single().
What do I need to change to just return the City field?
ok I see the screenshot now, why do I not see that with the CL store template version I have though? I also downloaded the latest plugin files just now from the site and checked the template file you mentioned about and it didn’t look like the screenshot you sent.

Ive tried this already and doesn’t work.
There also isn’t any use of get_remaining_free_ads(); in template plugins\classified-listing-store\templates\myaccount\membership-statistic.php
Only get_remaining_ads() which isn’t what I’m after as that includes regular total
Thanks for the quick response, I think I understand how it works now. Is there any plan to to add the following features:
– Add an option to limit members to only one active membership package at a time
– Reminder email to member when a membership package is about to expire
– Make it possible to allow a members current active subscription to auto-renew at the end of the expiry/valid for periodIf a user did purchase multiple membership packages like your example above how can the user then choose which to use when they create a listing? For example a) create a regular ad and use only one of the 5 regular ads they had from they’re membership and then on another occasion b) create a ad and this time choose to use a promotion instead.
So: Scenario A:
Regular ads: Before ad – 5 After ad – 4
Featured: 2 – Stays same
Bump up: 3 – Stays same
Top: 0 – Stays nameScenario B:
Regular ads: 5 – Stays same
Featured: 2 – Before ad – 2 After ad – 1
Bump up: 3 – Stays same

Can you give me an idea of when you think the release date will be for the theme update which includes the fix for this issue?
I have free ads selected already giving members a few free ads per month to use. The issue is that a user cannot seem to be able to purchase multiple membership subscriptions to add to their acount when for example the following is attempted:
-keep free ads allocated per month (one used up must use a premium)
– add a regular ad type subscription (and use when they choose to post a non-promoted ad but when they have no free ads left for the month)
– add a subcription type for a featured type of ad (use when they don’t want to use up an add from the regular ad subscription they added (above)I’ve managed to add a membership option for the regular ads for the 30 day subscription as you indicated.
I’ve then tried creating the membership option for a promotion type (i.e. Featured) with Featured Ads=5 Valid for=14 days.No Regular Ads.
Is it possible for a member to purchase the regular ad membership option so they can post up to 10 regular ads each month AND also in addition purchase one (or more) of the promoted ad memberships. This way they could maybe choose each time they add a listing to either keep it as a regular ad or when needed use a promotion type ad from their promotion membership?
