In reply to: Facebook and Instagram feedsHi there,
Here are two different plugins you could try which both can display your Facebook and Instagram feeds:
https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/feed-them-social/
https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/wp-social-feed/
If you do decide to use these, I would recommend you backup your site and disable the current Facebook/Instagram display plugins you are using if any.
Hope this helps!

In reply to: shopping cart spinningHi there,
I tested out your store and I was able to make it to the checkout, but I received a different error to the one you described.
When on the checkout page on the right where you select your payment method, it became blank and I received the following error:
{“http_status_code”:401,”http_status_message”:”Unauthorized”,”internal_message”:
I suggest you take this and the error you described to the woo commerce forums as they should be able to better assist you:

In reply to: Problem with wrong Facebook pixelHi,
Do you know how the other Facebook pixel was added? Depending on how it was added, this will determine how it can be removed.
Thanks.

In reply to: Problem with wrong Facebook pixelHi there,
Here is a link to a tutorial on how to remove the Facebook/Meta pixel code (I am going to assume it is manually installed):
https://www.facebook.com/business/help/4224030857607474
To perform the instructions you will need to go to your header and remove the code from there.
To do this in your dashboard go to Settings > Insert Headers and Footers.
From here make sure when your following the tutorial you remove the correct code. To do this compare the ID within the code to the ID on your Facebook/Meta business account. The ID which does not match with yours should be the ID of the other user.
However, as an absolute failsafe; make sure you take a backup of your website before making these changes.
Hope this helps!

In reply to: [NSFW] Font issueHi there,
This is due to the CSS most likely taking a moment to load. This will depend upon the user’s own personal speed at loading the website (this includes the speed of their device and their connection speed). Another aspect to note is due to caching if a user loads your site the second time onwards, it is very likely they will load in fast enough to where it does not show up again for them.
For me personally, your site loaded fast enough to where I did not notice this.
If you want to help combat the problem; you can speed up your site loading time through the use of a plugin. Here is one I use to help fix loading problems on my websites:
https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/wp-optimize/
As always take regular backups when loading in new plugins.
Hope this helps!

In reply to: There has been a critical error on your website.Hi there,
This error appears to be with the SSL certificate. However, I also cannot access your site on the http link you provided (it says the site does not exist).
That aspect aside, within the PEM file have you checked to see if it has the correct formatting? Here is what it should look like:
-----BEGIN CERTIFICATE----- -- Key information -----END CERTIFICATE-----Hi there,
You can check this setting in the reading settings which can be found in the Dashboard, from here go to Settings > Reading. You should see a section where a page can be labelled a “posts page”. I am not fully sure on it. However, it is worth checking.
Referencing Ben’s suggestion, you mentioned you had a caching plugin which was essential to the sites loading times? In regard to this I’m assuming you have disabled every plugin including this one during that part of the trouble shooting process? If not I would as you said try and disable this one if you have not already.
If you are nervous about disabling any other crucial plugins; I would recommend you take a backup before you do so.
Hope this helps!
Hi there,
My initial theory is that you might have set those pages as blog display pages. Could you try and upload a test blog and see if it displays on those pages?
You seemed to have used WP bakery to help you build the site as well, if you have not already I would suggest you reach out to them to see if it could be an issue related to this. Here is a link to their support:

In reply to: Excessive Site SizeHi there,
My initial guess with this issue is that it is because of the way WordPress handles images, very often it will make copies of uploaded images to fit different size requirements.
Here is a plugin I used on my own personal website to help with a similar issue (I had a select few large images which effected load times):

Hope this helps!

Happy to help! Here is a plugin which I personally use on my own websites that should help with your slower loading times:
