In reply to: [WooCommerce] Might be a WP question – insert placeholder imageHi Riann. I have not used any other themes. The files that are being overridden by Avada, I have copied from the appropriate Woo folder and overwritten the ones in the Avada theme
And as I mentioned, not being well versed with WP, WOO or Avada – it has been a challenge for sure.

During the import, there were many images that were not grabbed for some reason, so there is not a thumbnail associated with some of them. I also use the Avada theme
Let me change that filter first. Thanks for your help.
Stupid question, even me replacing the default placeholder.png file with my own (ignoring future updates) should it not filter out though?
I’m not a PHP guy so I’m struggling 🙂

The only issue I have now is the placeholder image I made, will not show up as a thumbnail in the related products, or featured products or the woocommerce rev slider.

I had issues installing WP on a newly migrated box; my provider intervened and installed WP for me. So I am not 100% sure what they may or may not have changed.I’ll read that link, and thank you for that information.

I get them on WP 3.0.1 and it does not matter if I try to add, edit posts or access the media library.
