Downgrading to 3.6 solved the problem.

Q) Check wordpress setting home and site url have been updated to use new domain name.
— Answer: Checked and is fine.Q) Can you access the other menu options in the user list settings?
— Yes – all the options are visible. General Settings works.Q) Can you access the configure from the user list itself (under the user menu? )
— I can see the “Configure” link but clicking it just shows me a long list of fields. Nothing on the list is selectable.Q) What is the underlying url that it is showing (when you hover over the link?)

— Yes – but its configuration function button does not work.— Repaired the MySQL DB just to be sure also.
— Overall the system discovers all the fields I need but will not allow to configure any list.
