Most plugins after 2018 had a verification process setup on their APIs which was never a requirement with RestAPI.
Go to your Woocommerce settings, click on advanced and turn on Legacy API.

All my tables are identical and there isnt a way for me to truncate all the old data off them. I dont want to recreate rows coz these are for around 100,000 members.

In reply to: moved wp to new hostI think you first made the site in a directory called main and then moved it to a new host.
Im assuming so.Check 2 things:
1. Under settings>general – are the site and wordpress urls correct?
2. inside phpmyadmin, check under the wp_options table to see if everything makes sense.Try number one first. Dont mess your database tables if you dont know what you are doing.
