Hello
My uncle handles all the licenses for Yith, he is currently on holiday, have asked him to ask, but he is slow atm. That is why I have asked here. I have managed to fix the problem I had with Yith Product add on & Product Gallery plugins.But I am still having the issue with Yith Badges not showing on any listings with Product Variations, like this one:

This should be showing a sale badge. (if i turn off the Product Gallery Plugin & the Yith Product Add on plugin it shows but it doesn’t with those active (doesn’t show if I just have the Yith Product Add on active either))Thank you

I have currently deactivated the Product Gallery Slider for Woocommerce Pro & there is still an issue with the Yith Product Add on plugin on variation pages.
When you click on a variation option the product thumbnail gallery disappears completely. I have added photos to the gallery of each variation to see if that helps but it didn’t it still disappears once a variation option is selected. Not sure if this is what is then causing issues with the Product Gallery Slider.
This Variation product i have added photos in the individual variation gallery’s as well as the many product gallery:

The gallery is there but its pushed right down the page, once I click on another tab and then go back to this one with the variation option set the gallery is back to normal… very odd (I have cleared website cache and my browser cache). It does similar on mobile too, but once you scroll back to the top of the page it fixes itself)Screen Video of what its doing.

This is what happens when the Product Gallery Slider for Woocommerce Pro is activated. The Single product pages are fine. But the Variation listings are a mess, all the product photos are in one long line. (this only happens when the Yith Product Gallery plugin is active too, if I deactivate your plugin there is no issue)

There is also a problem with Yith Badges not showing on products with variations (this seems to be conflicting with the Yith Product add on plugin too)

Thank you for getting back to me. Okay I won’t click update/draft when working on a new listing where possible, otherwise I will try the deactivating plugin whilst I work on the listings.
Originally when I first activated the plugin it uploaded all our drafts (over 100 of them) straight onto facebook/instagram. So I hadn’t clicked update with those they were already in the draft section and have been for a while.
The only way I could stop them all showing was deactivate the plugin, then added a new shop category called ‘drafts’ (not visible on our shop front) then I put all of our draft products into that category. Reactivate the plugin set it all up again (i had disconnected it) & in the setting where you choose ‘exclude category’ i set it to exclude the ‘draft’ category i made.
That worked .. but when I make a new listing and try to save as draft with the ‘draft’ category selected the plugin would not let me save as draft, keeps telling me it won’t be uploaded go change settings or category (surely that shouldn’t happen anyway as sometimes their might be a category excluded).Could you please let me know when this has been fixed or a better solution is found. (can’t really deactivate for hours as it will lose us customers from instagram and facebook)

In reply to: [WooCommerce Stripe Payment Gateway] URGENT: Latest Update Causes Bugs!The version just before the update this morning definitely worked as I was working on product pages last night before the update for stripe this morning so version 4.0.7 worked.
When I select the variations on a variable product the prices do not show either. (they do when stripe is deactivated)
Our site is not live at the moment.
