@sergecleantalk were you able to get this issue resolved? We are having the exact same problem on a form used to generate leads, so we’re really concerned about legitimate leads getting denied, costing our client potential business.
It’s been reported as happening at least 3x today alone.
I have submitted a support ticket through our CleanTalk premium account that includes the URL and the details. It is ticket #23666.

Hi @serge00 – I’ll do as you say, however, please note that when I’m LOGGED INTO my account (so, “the service”) as you put it, the BIG BLUE SUPPORT button takes me back to THIS forum.
It is confusing knowing which one to use when. It’d be nice if CleanTalk handled the transitions back and forth instead of asking us to do it, since CleanTalk is the one who feels the need to split tickets to 2 different systems. Now I’ve come to check on this ticket and notice that I’m now required to not only spend more time on an issue that isn’t my fault, and also that my support request timeclock is starting over, and I’ve now lost another 2 days on getting an answer to a client.
Seems like maybe Akismet is a better solution for us, based on this experience combined with the formatting. Which is a bummer since I’ve now added 6 clients and had 20 more to add to the CleanTalk service.
Thanks @serge00 . When I visit that page, I see a formatting mess. I can not present that page to a client… here’s what I see: https://a.cl.ly/L1udGWYR
To be specific, due to the formatting issues I can’t select a site to actually use any of the filters.
Would you please provide an ETA on a fix for the formatting on the page? Thank you!

Also @amagsumov, where can we see a report of how often the block is triggered?
Ok, got it, thank you! I’ll reach out via support if it comes up again.
Ok, thank you!
Yes, unchecking the SpamFireWall in plugin settings allows Pinterest Pins to go through.
I’ll leave it unchecked for now on rss-insurance.com while you investigate. I’ll leave that setting checked on the other 3 sites I mentioned above that have Anti-Spam by CleanTalk so you can see the differences. I look forward to hearing from you (we’ll want to re-enable the firewall as soon as Pinning to Pinterest is fixed on rss-insurance.com)
Hey @sergecleantalk thanks for the reply. No, there are not requests in the spam records matching up with attempts to pin. I wouldn’t expect there to be since there is no comment being added nor form being filled out on the website when pinning to Pinterest. Please review screencast provided in above comments, I spent a lot of time troubleshooting to narrow this down before reaching out.
I don’t know if there were errors in the browser when I was trying to pin and receiving the Pinterest error, but since I provided a screencast and Pinterest is a public platform, could you please try it yourself to look for the errors you need? All you need to do is try to use the create new pin “Save from Site” option that I showed on the screencast I made. That can be done by anyone.
For your convenience, here are the Pin to Pinterest steps that generated Pinterest’s blocked error: https://a.cl.ly/L1ugjvvZ
Correction to the above post, last sentence: “Pins immediately start working again when CLEANTALK is deactivated.” Sorry about that!
Thank you for checking! I’ve done some more testing and reviewed other possibilities, and narrowed it down to Anti-Spam by CleanTalk. We have recently installed Anti-Spam by CleanTalk on 4 websites:
rss-insurance.com
jollity.io
afreshhealthperspective.com
coloradoroofingsolutions.comOn all 4 of those websites, when we deactivate CleanTalk, pinning images using Pinterest’s “Save from Site” suddenly works again. When we reactivate the CleanTalk plugin, Pinterest says that the site does not allow pins when we try to pin.
All of the other websites in our portfolio (the ones we host and manage) are NOT using the plugin, and none appear to be blocking Pinterest pins. Only the 4 with the CleanTalk plugin are blocking.
Here’s a screencast showing exactly what we’ve tested and the results: https://a.cl.ly/L1ugjvvZ
Pretty clear correlation with CleanTalk :-). Those 4 websites have no other plugin in common and distinctive from the rest of the websites we manage. Their only common denominator is CleanTalk. And pins immediately start working again when Pinterest is deactivated.
Thanks for the fast response and plugin updates, Paul. Getting our sites updated, now…
Worked! Thanks Paul!
I have the same issue! In case it helps out the developer, here is a screencast of the issue. Every time I try to turn off two-factor authentication for specific user roles, it does not save in settings.

Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Plugin: WordPress SEO by Yoast] 310 errors cont'd. Too many redirectsI have that setting disabled too, and I still have the same problem. Please let me know if there are any other fixes. This seems to randomly happen on some of the sites I manage, but not others. All plugins/WP versions are updated to latest. I have also tried:
1. Uninstalling and reinstalling the plugin entirely
2. resetting the permalinks in general –> permalinks
3. Trying different WP permalink structures just to see if would help
4. Tried every set up of the <title> mod code, including using force rewrite titles, no luck
5. Modified .htaccess file in case default WP rewrite conditions were causing a problem.Ditto that – would love to see the solution, I have the same problem. Have checked a ton of other threads and no solutions have worked for our sites.
Having the same problem and using WP Touch w/ WP Super Cache. PRoblem just started occurring after updating all sites to the latest version of WP Touch. Any ideas?
