@constantcontact Yes, I disconnected and reconnected my plugin last week and then I had new people on my distribution list that had submitted their email back in April! I finally put the two together and realized this is what must have happened – that they do sync, but just not until you reconnect. The problem was, I had no idea it wasn’t working! It was saying it was connected just fine, the lists showed up on my first page of the plugin. But when I went to the lists tab in the plugin, then it wasn’t loading – that’s when I decided to try to disconnect and reconnect and then that’s when all those old entries (over 100) synced. At minimum, we need a way to let us know it’s not syncing.

@profilegrid0 I did go to “select menus” but even when menu 1 is selected, it will not appear.

I’ve tried CSS to get it to line up but no matter what I try, I can’t get it to work. So yes, I’d greatly appreciate the help. https://wihealthyaging.org and I’m using the theme Blocksy.
