In reply to: [Plugin: Twitter Blog] Fatal error upon activationSorry, I just discovered I can subscribe to an RSS feed for these. I have done so, but I also hope that 24 hrs is a suitable turn-around time for addressing problem with a free plugin that I make no money off of.

In reply to: Fail Plugin Activation if missing required componentsI’m still looking for some help about this. I’m having some users that are getting mad at me because they install my plugin, but then get fail errors. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks!

In reply to: [Plugin: Twitter Blog] Twitter replies don’t get pulled inIn order for the replies to be pulled from twitter, a user must click the reply button on the blog post’s tweet. If they just type in a response or click the reply button on a different Tweet, it won’t work.
Because of limitations from the Twitter API, the it is only able to search back 200 Mentions, so if you happen to be a mega-Twitter user, you might be out of luck in this department.
Let me know if this seems to solve your problem. If not we can research what’s happening more.

In reply to: [Plugin: Twitter Blog] Fatal error upon activationWordPress doesn’t notify me when something is posted here. I try to check it frequently, but had a death in the family over the weekend. Contacting me via email is the best way.
As for the problem… Twitter Blog requires the CURL library to run. I have an open ticket for WordPress to see if I can cancel the activation if a user does not have it, but I’ve heard no response yet.
I’ll try to add a check to notify users what the problem is so this error doesn’t cause a “fatal error”.
Sorry for the slow response, but I hope you understand.

In reply to: Fail Plugin Activation if missing required componentsYes, I have read that and I do use it, but that only runs my activation function. In no way what-so-ever does it tell me how to STOP the activation from occurring if they do not meet the checks I would like to impose.

In reply to: Fail Plugin Activation if missing required componentsYes, I understand that, but I want the activation of my plugin to fail if they don’t have those components.

In reply to: Stats Time Stamp and Day RestartI noticed this too. It appears this is because WordPress Stats uses UTC 0:00 as it’s measurements for what day is what. I would appreciate it if the Stats could be based upon the localized time specified in the blog.
