No blog roll page – the widget (surely) removes the need for that.
Options for removing the “Show All Links” and opening links in new tab/window should be your next update then to fix the bug.I’ll wait for that fix and if it doesn’t appear will hunt for another plugin to use instead. Thanks for replying.
Oh, and how to open all links in a new tab/window?
The option is selected in the Links section but all blogroll links are opening in the same window.

JP 2.1.2 (updated yesterday)Thumbnails that were generated from the Featured Image before the Jetpack update appear but not after the update.
Fixed – Clear all browser caches after updating to version 1.4 or this element doesn’t seem to work.
It’s the Category. Length of the Category moves the map and back to calendar buttons.
If you’re using this plugin think about your categories and column width. If categories are too long it’ll force a break out of your column width.
Apart from that it’s a great calendar (despite the occasional slip to december 1969!)
